Museum of Human Evolution

Yesterday we hiked up and over Atapuerca. I saw some signs referring to archeological digs, but didn't pay too much attention. Apparently there are 8 different excavation sites there which have turned up very old remains. There is a fabulously laid out museum of human evolution here right near our hotel. The exhibits were very creative and interactive. I took advantage of the fact that Wednesday afternoons were free and went for a visit.
