Well, I'm not actually roasting the chestnuts, but tis the season! There are huge beautiful chestnut trees all over this area and the ground is covered with the spiny pods and ripe chestnuts. The locals are out with their pails gathering them up.
It feels like fall now with the air crisp and cool. The clouds are making the sky incredibly picturesque. I couldn't stop taking my camera out to try and capture the moment.
